A tiny release on XmlSchema?

 I fixed WSCOMMONS-436, an accidental regression in 1.4.3. It's just one
bug. On the other hand, it bit someone, and it's not as if it is a lot of
work to make a release. Would anyone express an informal opinion about
starting a 1.4.4 release process just to push this out?
