Resolution: Fixed
Moved the offending files to a separate Maven modules and added appropriate
license/notice files to that module. Note that since this code is only used in
the unit tests, the changed packaging has no impact on users.
All files preserve their original license headers because they are unchanged
copies from Jaxen.
