commons?

Hello folks,
In support of the RI work for JAXP 1.3, I'd like to create a branch of
xml-commons where new versions of SAX and other APIs can be checked in
and worked on. A quick review of the existing tags doesn't reveal any
particular pattern, but several use jaxp-ri as part of their name, so
I propose to use the branch tag "jaxp-ri-1_3-ea". Is that ok? Is there
anything else I need to know before I go ahead and add this branch?
Be seeing you,
norm
