Sorry that it has taken so long to attend to it. First it went to the wrong project, then we somehow missed it. Today i added a webserver redirect from that old xml.apache.org/commons/dist/ directory to the proper one. However, i would like to know how you came to be looking at that old directory. Was there a link that you followed? We need to fix it.
