http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=20744 HTTPClient MultiPartPostMethod inconsistent behaviour compared to standard form upload ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-06-13 14:09 ------- Dirk, Issue 1) I believe the first problem is not a bug in HttpClient, Struts framework or Tomcat servlet engine. The real troublemaker appears to be Commons FileUpload (shipped with Struts 1.1) that assumes that all HTTP agents are as lousy in standards compliance as some of those so-called browsers. I have been delaying taking a closer look at how well HttpClient works with FileUpload for quite some time. I guess I cant do it any longer. If the problem is indeed caused by HttpClient, we will get it fixed. However, it my suspicion turns out to be correct, I'll have to pass the resolution of the problem onto the FileUpload folks Issue 2) I'll look into this one this weekend Oleg --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
