Logging guide

I think we should change the logging guide to set the log level to DEBUG 
for org.apache.commons.httpclient. Currently it is set to TRACE and 
users seem to leave it like this. Oleg, do you find this TRACE level 
bloated logs useful? I think in the majority of cases a DEBUG level 
output is sufficient. What do you think?
