1) Use chunked encoding via method.setContentLength(EntityEnclosingMethod.CONTENT_LENGTH_CHUNKED).
2) Use the MultipartPostMethod. This method uses a long for the content length of each part.
We should probably change the EntityEnclosingMethod content length field to a long in a future release. Would you like to put in a Bugzilla enhancement request for this?
