We've recommended both that you provide a wire log (a packet sniff trace as you
provided is not sufficient), and that you try the
MultiThreadedHttpConnectionManager.  The alternate connection manager could
change the behavior, and the wire-trace will provide us with critical
information that we don't have. In the absence of running tests with these
changes you haven't tried, I'm afraid that we won't be able to assist you much
further.

Of course, you are free to have your teeth pulled, ah, er I mean talk to
Microsoft Technical support.
