Mike, No worries. Take your time. The patch is quite a significant change, so it needs to be reviewed thoroughly. The problem is that I am leaving for Christmas to Moscow the day after tomorrow and _may_ be off-line for a couple of weeks, so I had hoped I would manage to commit the patch before the trip. Anyways, the Christmas and New Year Eve most likely is going to be a quiet time for most of HttpClient users as well, so the patch can definitely wait till January.
