Is it possible that your code is being compiled for only 1.4+ JVMs?

I' ve already tried to run the same code in command line and the same problem happened again. When i changed de JRE from 1.3.1_06 to 1.4 the problem DIDN'T occur. It seems to me a class loader problem, PLEASE can anyone help me??????
