I don't think we really want to post it all publicly,  OTOH, if a
reuser is harassed by someone claiming to be a copyright holder they
ought to have access to the same person who made the counter claim for
us.   Otherwise the resuability of the repository is significantly
harmed as reusers, without access to the same information as us, would
be subject to DMCA threats that they can't answer.
