Hi,

at moment there is no option for "good" categories (the tool looks if there is 
a "good" template), you could add a "bad" category (e.g. which contains all 
non-free files)

Are recursive categories allowed? For example, on it.wiki we recently put some 
effort so that all free images are under this category: 
http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Categoria:Immagini_con_licenza_libera , so that 
everyone can "easily" sort out free/non-free images  (for dumps or whatever).
