Thats not a normal position for humans to spend much time in (the back is way too arched) however it does conveniently accent the breasts. Secondly the appears to have a very low body fat percentage which makes breasts of that size unlikely. Throw in the fact that the lighting seems to be set up to draw attention to the breast well it doesn'y help your case.
