I'm using the "Use this file on the web" feature of Wikimedia Commons - I truly love that feature. But just recently I discovered that it seems to be broken for me. For example for the Commons entry File:Real-time_MRI_-_Thorax.ogv [0] it does not seem to work anymore if I embed the URL provided by the embed feature [1]. All I get is a loading circle animation. Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong? It worked fine a few days ago.
Same here with Firefox, but I can also load the video directly with the browser's capabilities.

<https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:MwEmbed.js> loads the HTTP-only <http://prototype.wikimedia.org/mwe-gadget/mwEmbed/remotes/mediaWiki.js> which is therefore ignored by Chromium.
Michael, is this the best place where to load this resource from right now? Nemo _______________________________________________ Commons-l mailing list [email protected] https://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/commons-l
