[Commons-l] InstantCommons file usage from non-Wikimedia wikis, 3D files

A couple proposals were made for Commons features to be developed during the next Google Summer of Code.

Some more feedback would be needed; as of now, they were discarded for lack of response, particularly globalusage that would probably be the most uncontroversial one.
