It was a very nice surprise to see NeilK again, indeed. As for the UploadWizard plans, there wasn't a single comment from the community in the last several months, so I left some at <https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Upload_Wizard_feedback#WMF_plans_for_2014-15> and I hope/pray more Commons users will bother to add theirs.
