My tool is just a super primitive copy/paste from excel. In the example I
sent you can see how easily artifacts get added to output that I need to
clean up later. Commons upload is here:

Because it is so slow, it doesn't really matter whether I start with the
commons upload or Wikidata upload - it would be nice to do both
simultaneously
