Hi,
I already gave my feedback on the image recommendations feature on-wiki
(particularly: don't use P373, use the sitelinks), but in general it
feels like it (and WPWP) undermines making direct use of Wikidata's P18
property ('image') in the projects - by recommending to users to copy
the info from P18, you increase the future maintenance burden (e.g., if
an image is deleted but there is another one that can be used in its
place), while if you just used P18 in the first place then it's
future-proof. (Same with the other image properties that are on
Wikidata, for things like night view.)
