[logging]: plans to add entering() and exiting()?

Are there any plans to add entering() and exiting() methods to the Log class? Using the same idea as in the Logger class of JDK1.4.

I frequently log method entry and exit points in a more long-winded way and would find them useful convenience methods. But I might be the only one?
