I've noticed that the Configuration framework loads all the files in the configuration.xml from the same directory and not from the classpath. This is causing me a lot of problems because I want to embedd some properties in JAR files while keeping others separate. I have a project hiearchy where projects use other projects (for example, the facade uses common) and therefore my configuration files are in different directories. So far I don't see a way to have Configuration load my config files from the classpath.
