Derek, To honest, I don't konw where that dev version came from. The size diffeenrec is a bit odd. What I recommend is update to CVS head, and do a build of that. If you could do me a favor and verify that CVS latest and greatest doen't cause issues with Tomcat, then I am going to move to cut an RC1 of Configuration that will be deployed.
