I'm having some problems using DiskFileUpload. A user is reporting that double-byte characters in file names are getting mangled.
I looked through the javadoc and the source code and I can't seem to find a clear cut answer. How do I set the encoding that should be used for form data parsing? Is a call to setHeaderEncoding() the correct thing to do?
