Looks like an old version then, because the xpp3.jar included in
xstream-1.1.1.zip has the following dummy file in it:

XPP3_1.1.3.4d_b4_MIN_VERSION

Something is a bit strange here.

That may well be required for proper comparisons.

But it's particularly important for optional jars.
