These are symptoms of compiling code written against FileUpload 1.1
with a FileUpload 1.0 classpath entry. Please cross-check.

I have moved back to 1.0 now and all problems are fixed. Using the
previous methods such as DiskFileUpload etc. Do not know why Eclipse is
not recognizing 1.1 and why the build fails but, all is working now with 1.0
