commons-DBCP-1.2.1 test failing on windows and linux machine

 Group,

 i have successfully built the commons-DBCP-1.2.1 on windows and linux
machine,
but however there are 16 test cases which are failing, and throwing
following exception

                   org.apache.commons.dbcp.SQLNestedException: Could not
parse configuration file

please help me in this issue.
