Heh Mirriam, What the bylaws said would not have changed what I authored and my co authors wrote - in any way shape or form.
The policy process is what guides who gets space, how they qualify for it, and how it can be revoked - the discussion around the bylaws is a far deeper question - but I do not believe it changes the fundamental nature of the policy. The policy however did act as a catalyst for a discussion that the community I believe really does need to have - to understand the nature of our organization as it exists today.
