Have we investigated the Internet shutdown which occurred during the AFRINIC Public Policy meeting at AIS2017, in order to clarify the responsibilities of Connectivity sponsor and of AIS NOC team on the Incident ? How come AIS2017 was run with only one Connectivity provider ?
