Alan,

I assume nothing that has not been stated or is not based on historical
precedent

  1. It was stated by Mr Folayan that he shared the information
  2. The information shared is on display for the whole world to see
  3. The board requested the resignation of two members of the board in the
past - one of those was done in an impromptu meeting on a spur of the moment
decision on the floor of a public meeting - without the need for seeking
complex legal advice - this is a matter of public record
  4. The board chose to publically state in that same meeting that it had
requested the resignations for violation of NDA

The actions of the board in this case are entirely different from historical
precedent - and this community deserves an explanation as to why that is - and
as regards to not assuming things that have not been stated - I would suggest
the board start taking seriously the things that HAVE been stated on this list.

Can you also please tell this community - in the meetings yesterday - who acted
as chair of those meetings. The eight schedule of the act section 1(1) and
1(2) imply that the board has to have a chair for a meeting - and can you also
tell us if that chair is now the permanent chair or if they are the interim
chair. I do not see this as an unfair question - since it is required that
this information be published in the minutes later anyway.

Andrew
