Bonjour à tous, Félicitation au nouveau Président du conseil d'administration, La communauté vous encourage à faire des innovations fondamentales pour nous donner une meilleure lisibilité sur le fonctionnement de notre organisation communautaire. Il faut permettre l'arrivée de nouvelles personnes dans l'organisation. Il faut un renouvellement permanent du mécanisme de gouvernance. Il faut du sang neuf pour de nouveaux défis communautaires. Je recommande que certains postes ne donnent pas droit à renouvellement. C'est le cas des postes de président et de responsable financier. Les autres acteurs peuvent revenir au conseil d'administration mais pas au même poste. Merci. Bonne chance.
