You are invited to an Internet Measurements Workshop to take place at AFRINIC-29 <https://meeting.afrinic.net/afrinic-29/agenda/programme#> in Hammamet, Tunisia, on Tuesday, 27th of November, 2018 in the Caesar 6 room, the Medina Conference and Expo Centre, from 9:00 to 17:30. The workshop aims to provide participants with hands-on training on tools and techniques for conducting large-scale/distributed Internet measurements. There will also be presentations and discussions on some recent measurements case-studies in Africa. There will also be an opportunity to discuss and establish collaborations around Internet measurements research in Africa. The hands-on training will focus on Ripe Atlas and MLAB platform, and will be facilitated by researchers and engineers from AFRINIC, RIPE NCC and Measurement Lab (MLAB). Le but de l'atelier est de permettre aux participants de découvrir les différents outils et techniques utiles aux mesures des réseaux distribués ou à grande échelle tels que l'Internet. La partie pratique sera précédée par plusieurs présentations sur différents travaux de recherche et des études de cas sur le thème des réseaux africains. Ce sera aussi une opportunité pour les personnes intéressées de rencontrer des experts en métrologie de l'Internet afin d'établir d'éventuelles collaborations. L'atelier comportera ainsi deux tutoriels sur les plates-formes RIPE Atlas et MLAB. Celles-ci seront facilités par des chercheurs/ingénieurs d'AFRINIC, du RIPE NCC et du Measurement Lab (MLAB).
