- Members are expected to be constructive and spirit of RSA enjoin members to cooperate with the organization. All member based organizations have mechanisms to sanction members who are continuously disruptive and creating obstacles. What is the case here? - Let's not forget that Board role is more in directing the organization than operating the organization... Board should make sure the organisation is on good track, staff is empowered and have resources to do the work. Board should only have this responsibility and communicate timely with membership/community on strategic issues, not operational. Can we bring back that separation and hear more from those responsible and we focus on our core functions?
