We wish to inform you that the Registration for the Elections of the PDP
Co-Chair and NRO NC is still ongoing and will close on 6th September 2020 at
19:59 UTC.
Please note that voters who fulfill the criteria, as laid down in the Election
Process 2020, available at <https://afrinic.net/election-process
<https://afrinic.net/election-process>>, under Section 5.1b and 5.1.c have and
will continue to receive further information from the Election Committee on how
to vote and access the voting interface. If you have not received such
eligibility email yet and believe that you meet the criteria, please ensure
that you have followed the steps listed below:
STEP 1
HAVE YOU ALREADY REGISTERED TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR ONLINE AIS 20 MEETING?
If Yes, Congratulations!
But, remember that successful registration to our AIS 20 meeting does not give
you an automatic right to vote in either the PDP Co-Chairs and/or NRO AC
elections. You also need to comply with the voting criteria as laid down in the
Election Process 2020 available at <https://afrinic.net/election-process
<https://afrinic.net/election-process>> more particularly under Section 5.1b
and 5.1.c
If you have not yet registered for our AIS 20 meeting, you are kindly requested
to register immediately at http://bit.ly/ais20-delegate-registration
<http://bit.ly/ais20-delegate-registration> if you wish to participate in the
discussions and elections.
Only registered delegates will be able to access and participate in the
meeting. Registration will allow you to attend all sessions of AIS'20.
Registration is mandatory for those wishing to participate and vote in the PDP
Co-Chair and NRO NC elections.
i. If you are a new participant to the AIS’20, you should
proceed with registration at http://bit.ly/ais20-delegate-registration

ii. If your email is already registered because you have
previously attended our AIS / AFRINIC meetings, please make sure to log in with
the username and password you have used before in order to be registered for
the AIS’20 meeting.

HAVE YOU ALSO BEEN ON OUR RELEVANT MAILING LIST FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS
IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO YOUR REGISTRATION? PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN ESSENTIAL
CRITERION IN ORDER FOR YOU TO BE ABLE TO VOTE IN EITHER THE PDP AND/OR NRO AC
ELECTIONS.
Please ensure that your email address is subscribed to the corresponding
mailing lists (community discuss, announce, and rpd) at least six months before
the elections.
We wish to reiterate that those who meet the two criteria, are therefore
eligible to vote as per the Election Process 2020, available at
