The UN General Assembly established through resolution 73/27 an Open-Ended
Working Group (OEWG), on developments in the field of information and
telecommunications in the context of international security in which all UN
Member States were invited to participate. On 12 March 2021, the Open-ended
Working Group adopted conclusions and recommendations, including actions and
cooperative measures to address ICT threats and to promote an open, secure,
stable, accessible, and peaceful ICT environment. Check here for more

In addition, in GA resolution 73/266, the Secretary-General was requested to
establish a Group of Governmental Experts on Advancing responsible State
behavior in cyberspace in the context of international security. On 28 May
2021, the Group of Governmental Experts which comprises experts from 25 States
working in their personal capacity adopted a report on Advancing responsible
State behavior in cyberspace in the context of international security.
