In fact, the order was issued on July 13th, which required reversal and 
attendance at a hearing in chambers today (July 15).

AFRINIC failed (refused?) to comply with the July 13th order pending the 
outcome of the hearing this morning.

While it took AFRINIC very little time to do so much damage to Cloud 
Innovation’s WHOIS and other records, for some reason it is taking days (2 days 
since July 13th already plus the hours from when the hearing ended before 11AM 
today until now) plus some additional hours according to Eddy below…

Why so much longer to fix than to break?
