No, I think that's unique.

It is a long story, and has everything to do with one individual.


If it doesn't reflect the attitude of the jakarta community, but instead represents the views of one individual, then doesn't the page belong in his subdirectory? I dunno, something like

 http://jakarta.apache.org/site/jon/idiot.html

might be more appropriate.
