Maybe the voting system should be confidential .. so  you vote
and you know your vote. We can announce person X voted but not
indicate what it is on the public list until the election period
is over.

This would be a nice Web service sample + some clients (email,
Web etc.). I'm not familiar with the stuff in ~voter, but I'd be
interested in helping get this system completed.
