I propose Kelly as an Apache committer, for her hard work in the
creation of a new and promising baby. With daddy she has promised to
maintain the cutie and keep bugfixes coming, and this will take care
of the chronic lack of documentation and unit tests about babys.
So, waiting to see baby-bloom grow into an indipendent top-level
project, here is my +1
