You don't need a nagoya account to do it.  Admin is built into the Wiki
software.  You just need the magic URL and password info, which Andy
apparently thought that he gave to you.

Responsibility for oversight of content?  I agree.  And each PMC should have
one or more people with admin access.  More importantly, they should now
that admin abilities exist, which I suspect isn't the case right now.

But I don't think that tearing down the Wiki and rebuilding using a
per-project Wiki would be a good thing.  For one thing, I can see that being
able to do a search across the federated wikispace is a good thing.  Wiki
links don't do that; they just link.  I also believe that we can learn more
about how we use the Wiki, and that can feed into features Greg might
implement in SubWiki.

Otherwise, I agree with your view of editorial responsibility and e-mail
notification.
