Everything that has to do with official ASF needs some sort of official corporate oversight. Aggregating personal blogs, seems like something that contradicts that idea. This isn't to say that this is a bad idea. I think this is a **great** idea, but this is also something that could be done on someone's personal hardware resources. If someone created an unofficial aggregation of Apache feeds, I don't think anyone would object at all.
