Thanks Vadim, I see your points and basically agree - Dirk's proposal to accept all logos/mirrors with possible exceptions (illegal, banned, found offensive by many) sounds easier and certainly good enough.

"we will take your bandwidth, thank you, but your logo too sucky to be ever shown on our page". That's not the message I'd like ASF to show to the world out there....
