Thank you for the kind words, David, but tbh so far Mychaela has provided 99.999% of the effort; I have merely observed the rapid advancement of the sw/gsm-fw project! By the way, I had a question for Mychaela: do you happen to know by any chance which function would be responsible, in the Compal fw, for switching off the modem uart from the jack socket?
