Does anyone have a recommended software package that they use for runtime triangulation of arbitrary polygons (ie. interior holes and all)?
I have been looking around and I haven't found anything in the normal GIS libraries that I am using. I did find that geos has a polygonizer which would get me part way there, but shapely doesn't expose it so I haven't been able to try it out yet.
