I didn't look closely enough to see how the two might be related, and I 
don't know much about zc.buildout, but I know jstools is intended to be 
used with it.

Perhaps you're already aware of this.

Subset of benefits to using JSTools:

* better compression through obfuscation with YUICompressor
* plans to add more cool stuff to it
