Hi
Having some compile problems in getting RTree 0.43 to work on Ubuntu Jaunty
(on a 32 bit notebook).
I have SpatialIndex 1.3.2. with the patch installed to make it compile with
gcc 4.3.3 - it is located in /usr rather than /usr/local
Python 2.6 and its dev package are installed (available at /usr/include/)
I have changed the setup.cfg file to reflect this.
But when I try to install, via the sudo python setup.py install method or
the single version method, I seem to run into a problem with the
/usr/include/bits/string3.h file.

I suppose this really has little to do with Rtree, but I was wondering if
you had heard of or seen this happen when trying to use Rtree? Are the Rtree
dependencies in order?
