Hi Aron, I haven't had time to bring Shapely up to date with GEOS 3.1. Soon, I hope, as I'm getting better settled in France. I also don't have a Windows machine for testing. Would you be interested in taking some ownership of and responsibility for windows issues and builds? While I'm asking, how about you, Jaakko?
