Just FYI if somebody runs into the same problems:

actually it is in:
http://svn.plone.org/svn/collective/collective.geo.kml/buildout/

use buildout-plone4.cfg instead of the buildout.cfg that comes with
plone and put the zgeo-geographer.patch into your zinstance directory.
