Hi Devs,
I post the ticket 229, where, i have problem with use contains (shapely
libray).
I would like receive the suggest for this.
My target is populate the table with all parcels, where, the primary key
(identifier) is the string "[value-of-x] _ [value-of-y]" of center.
First i calculate center by centroid, if not inside the polygon, i
calculate by GEOSPointOnSurface.
But i have problem with test polygon contains centroid.
