Hi folks, So when I first heard about this phone, I mocked up this idea:
http://dave.hereticmonkey.com/musings/phone_keyboard.html I had originally wanted to make something that would be compatible with phones that have physical buttons (hence the 3x4 grid), but I'm beginning to think that I should just give up on that and put a giant spacebar button on the side. Also, I never thought about making capital letters by the way you slid your fingers off of a key before reading this thread. It sounds like an awesome idea. I haven't tried mocking this up on any physical device yet, though I will probably do so when I get back home in a few weeks. Just my two cent idea. Criticisms/improvements are certainly welcome. Take care. Dave On 12/1/06, Sean Moss-Pultz <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:

I found this guy's idea quite interesting a while back: http://www.strout.net/info/ideas/hexinput.html -Sean _______________________________________________ OpenMoko community mailing list community@lists.openmoko.org http://lists.openmoko.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/community
