Perhaps, but:

- They seem to be based in "old" Gtk 1.x. Dillo was the web browser
for GPE until GPE got 2.x and Dillo didn't update.
- Do they support SSL connections?

There are several open source browser for GTK+ that could run in the Neo
such as Dillo and Skipstone.
Links (the graphical version), although is not based on GTK+, could be
another alternative.
