since the Neo1973 has the PCM of the Bluetooth chip directly wired to a
codec, there is no need to do any actual SCO packet handling. It is the
same as for the Nokia N800. The BlueZ CVS contains a headset code that
targets only this specific case and in general it should be possible to
use the same code for the Neo1973 and for the N800.
